Corporate Business Park Expansion

The Industrial Development Board holds ownership of over 800 acres in the Corporate Business Park with plans to expand its inventory in the near future. State of Tennessee Economic & Community Development officials awarded a $500,000 grant to the IDB to begin site prep and grading work on a prime 42 acre sit in the Corporate Business Park North.
