Corporate Business Park Expansion

The Industrial Development Board acquired 334 acres to expand the Corporate Business Park North, bring the total acreage to 1,167. State of Tennessee Economic & Community Development officials awarded a $212,000 grant to begin clearing the newly available property for better access.
