Clarksville Architectural District Map

The Clarksville Architectural District, created in 1976, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In order for a property owner to qualify for federal tax incentives, any exterior improvements and/or changes to historically significant buildings as identified on this map require working closely with the Clarksville-Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission and Tennessee Historical Commission.
