Clarksville-Montgomery County IDB Awarded TNECD Site Development Grant

The Clarksville-Montgomery County Industrial Development Board (IDB) has received a $100,000 Site Development Grant from the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TNECD) as part of the state's latest round of Site Development Grant funding. The grant will support due diligence activities for Tract 7 of the Clarksville-Montgomery County Corporate Business Park North, helping advance the site's readiness for future economic development projects. 

 

The Site Development Grant program helps Tennessee communities invest in critical site preparation activities that enhance their competitiveness for new business investment and job creation. Through this award, Clarksville-Montgomery County continues its commitment to developing high-quality industrial sites that attract employers and support long-term economic growth.

"This funding represents another important step in preparing Clarksville-Montgomery County for future opportunities and ensuring our region remains competitive in attracting investment and quality jobs," said Josh Ward, executive director of the Industrial Development Board.
